Message	This is something that motorcycle riders do all the time. Find a good power antenna motor and a hinge from the hardware store. Cut the mast off but try to keep the plastic cord to pull and push the plate. Attach the cord to the bottom of the plate and wire the antenna motor to retract and pull the plate up and concealed.
